This video was 6 months ago. I’m burnt out. It’s time to be honest: maybe you’ve noticed, maybe you haven’t, but each week, it feels like I’m showing up less and less here.

And suddenly (well, not so suddenly), the Type A Capricorn who lived by calendars, to-do lists, and tons of creativity is now always behind, always catching up, and feeling like that spark is gone.

The person who once loved a good reel voiceover, story updates, and content brainstorming... just doesn’t anymore. Now, I spend a lot of time asking myself, “What am I doing??”

I’ve always avoided the word “burnout” – it always felt scarier than “tired.” But if I’m really honest, this has been a long time coming. A long time of “powering through” and “showing up,” and somewhere along the way, I found myself here with no clear path to fix it.

But the biggest weight has been hiding this from you while feeling guilty every day. So here I am, sharing it with you all, because transparency feels right.

I don’t know exactly what comes next, but I know I need to slow down ✨again✨. Just a little ramble and update. I won’t be fully disappearing (I don’t think), but I wanted to share the “IG vs Reality.” ❤️❤️❤️
