If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love my coffee. I love sipping on a steamy latte in a cafe. What I don’t love however, is looking in the mirror and seeing yellow teeth. For a long time, I didn’t smile in photos, and I just wasn’t happy with my toothbrush. I was in the stone ages with a basic brush that I’d travel with. WELL – today I’m excited to share with you what I have found to be the best electronic rechargeable toothbrush and teeth whitening kit. Let’s meet Gleem, the latest company on the tooth block.
About (my favorite) and the best travel toothbrush

About the Teeth Whitening Kit
The teeth whitening kit comes with 14 whitening treatment strips and the LED light. The LED light is great because it helps target stains to make your teeth even whiter. You can also pick up the touch-up applicator pen for later! Below are a few of my favorite features:

Teeth Whitening Tips
Below is what I have found to work with me after I embarked on the 7-day journey.
- Directly after breakfast, brush teeth with the Gleem electric toothbrush in “Classic Clean” mode using the Crest 3D White toothpaste.
- Apply the whitening strips and set timer for 55 minutes.
- At the 55 minute mark, use the LED light for 5 minutes. (The light will turn off on its own when the time is up
- Wait 2-3 hours before eating or drinking (which is why it’s ideal to do this right after breakfast or right after lunch).
- Like with all teeth whitening kits, you might experience some sensitivity. If that happens, take a 2-3 day break in between the teeth whitening.
