If there’s anything I love in this world, it’s a good brunch. A close second is putting together a fabulous outfit to wear to said brunch. Copy these brunch outfit ideas the next time you go out on the town for avocado toast and eggs benedict!
Outfit Idea #1 – Sporty chic
If you’re following up your brunch date with a walk around town or a farmer’s market, then pair a romantic polka dress with white sneakers for a sporty chic look.
Outfit Idea #2 – High rise paper bag pants
I love wearing high rise, light weight paper bag pants on hot days here in San Diego as an alternative to shorts. I pair them with platform sneakers, a white tank top, and plenty of gold jewelry.
Outfit Idea #3 – Slit leg dress and combat boots
For an edgy brunch look, I love pairing my Prada combat boots with a feminine and flirty dress (you will see them making an appearance on this list several times!)
Outfit Idea #4 – Preppy trendy
This outfit combo is all over TikTok and Pinterest – a preppy sweater layered over a white collar shirt and a tennis skirt. I love wearing this outfit and throwing on a pair of loafers for a casual coffee and pastries brunch date with friends.
Outfit Idea #5 – Oversized blazer and combat boots
My go-to outfit lately has been a blazer, my combat boots, and a dress or skirt. This combo is perfectly chic, comfortable, and adaptable for any season. I like to dress it up with a pearl headband and vintage purse, or dress it down with a low bun and my oversized clutch that holds everything.
Outfit Idea #6 – Graphic tee and slit leg slip skirt
This brunch outfit is a super chic marriage of street style and it girl trends. Finish off the look with a wide brim hat, chunky sneakers, and a straw bag and you’re ready for an afternoon on the go!
Pro tip: to give your graphic tee a cropped look, tuck the hem up and under your bra!
Outfit Idea #7 – Sweater dress and wide brim hat
Sweater dresses are closet staples because they’re so easy to style. I usually throw on a sweater dress and pair it with whatever shoes and hat I’m loving at the moment.
Outfit Idea #8 – French girl inspired
I also call this brunch outfit “Emily in Paris on a budget”. The horizontal striped shirt and beret scream Parisian girl running out for a baguette. Plus wide leg jeans are just all the rage these days.
Outfit Idea #9 – I woke up like this
This outfit is so easy for those days you “just can’t!”. You can never go wrong when pairing a graphic tee and distressed jeans for an effortlessly chic look. Don’t feel like doing your hair? Throw on a wide brim hat to hide your bed head.
Outfit Idea #10 – Vintage vibes
I love mixing vintage style with contemporary trends. First I grabbed this vintage silk scarf from my mom’s closet. Then I paired it with a classic blazer, straight leg jeans, and black booties creating this chic brunch look.
